Privacy and measurement

We measure how the site is used so we can tell which parts of it do not work, and it is on unless you turn it off. This page is where you turn it off, and where you can read everything we are able to record.

What is counted whatever you choose

How often a listing is blocked, how often an order fails, how many disputes are opened and how they end. These carry no connection to you at all (no account, no device, no pseudonym) and we could not link them to you if we wanted to. They are how we notice the platform is broken.

You are signed out, so what we record now carries no account and no pseudonym, so there is nothing for it to be connected to. Sign in to set your preference for when you are.

The complete list, generated from the same file the code uses, so it cannot fall out of date. There is nothing recorded that is not here.

Somebody opened a page showing more than one garment.
A text search ran. The QUERY is never recorded — see the privacy note.
A curated shelf was opened.

consider

A single garment was opened.
A suggested garment was followed.
A date was entered and the catalogue answered.

book

A quote was requested for a specific garment and window.
The platform declined the booking, with the reason class.
A renter asked an owner for a garment.
An owner accepted.
An owner declined or let the window lapse.

fulfil

The garment left the owner.
The garment reached the renter.

return

The garment came back and was inspected.
An owner raised a claim.
A claim was decided, by a person or by the rubric.

list

Somebody began listing a garment.
A garment reached the catalogue.
Publishing was refused, with the blocker class.

19 kinds of event in total. None of them records your name, your address, your email, a search you typed, or an amount of money. If you ask us to delete your account, the pseudonym linking these to you is removed, and no future connection to you is possible.
